Who we are
CollaborationSonar is built in Wrocław, Poland. We help PE firms, large organizations, and post-acquisition teams understand how their people actually work - using hard data from the tools they already use, deployed entirely on-premise.
What we look for
- Engineers who care about correctness and ship things that work in production.
- People comfortable owning a problem end-to-end, from spec to deployment.
- Pragmatism over dogma - small team, real customers, no time for theatre.
- Respect for the sensitivity of the data we handle.
